Southern Marin is long overdue for change.

As a father, a member of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), and a Marin native, I’ve seen firsthand the urgent need for budget transparency and oversight, improved disaster preparation, traffic relief, and more aggressive clean energy initiatives. A budget is a statement of values, and there is no greater value than our children. I’ll fight for more tax dollars for our teachers and school support staff. All of our children deserve an equal opportunity at a quality education – and all of our residents deserve to know exactly how their tax dollars are being spent. It’s time we bring people together, listen, and adopt the best policies to relieve the constant congestion on our roads. It’s time for our residents to have a permit–free process for adding solar power to their homes.  It’s time for leadership that can represent us with a strong voice when it comes to planned power outages and disaster preparation. Business as usual has left us in the dark. We need a bold new vision to ensure a bright and just future for all of Marin’s residents.
